The app is pretty good but it has a bug and no way to report it. Twice I attempted to export my appointment to my calendar. I didn’t realize it had a bug until I showed up to my appointment an hour late. When it exported my appointment it added an hour. The assumption was I had entered it incorrectly. I tried it again on my newly scheduled date and chose a different calendar. Same thing

I spent a substantial about of time filling out HPI forms only for them to be deleted when I attempt to submit them. I have not left the page for any extended period of time while filling out forms but when attempting to submit forms it returns to the sign in page and deletes all of my previous work. Very frustrating. The app is also very slow to load anything often requiring you to close the app and reopen it. While typing information it will often not allow you to see everything you are typing and will force you to delete information you’ve type in order to get to the end of your sentence. If you have to add any additional information you might have to add it to the beginning of your sentence in order to avoid deleting what you’ve already written.
