As if it was bad enough that I moved away from the Tri-State area, my level of fitness and mental zen-ness (not a word, but you I know what I mean) took a huge nose-dive once I wasn’t able to frequent a JaneDo studio. I tried anything and everything in my new City, but nothing was the same.
This app is the next best thing to being in the studio. Now that I’m on the opposite coast, have a work schedule with variable hours, I’m not always able to live-stream. The app is basically JaneDo on Demand. No more excuses for not getting a workout in, no more wasting money on Class Pass in a new City trying to find where you belong and what works for you. I get to stick with what I know and what I love. I get to take what brings me physical and mental power wherever I go.

I have taken over 100 tramp classes at the JaneDO studios in Hoboken, Jersey City and NYC. Looking for a challenging yet doable class when you are older is difficult; especially when you live in a young demographic. This class has been perfect for me. The owners are awesome and as they say, “like hires like” and that trickles down to all the people they hire. So much positive energy. They train their staff to be very professional but it still feels like you are family. I live half and half in California and NJ. So happy to have the APP now because I really miss my classes when I am here in California. There is nothing like it!

This is such a great app. It’s easy to navigate and the workouts are broken up into different categories. I love going to Jane for classes, but this is a great alternative if you cant get to a class or just want to stay home-especially during this crazy time of corona! It was also really cool to see “real” janes as part of the videos. I’m excited for more! A+
