First Elspet litter box was a nightmare. Just would not activate. The company sent me a video and recommended I take the Litter Box apart. It came fully assembled except for the step which wouldn’t connect. Returned that one!! Not what the company wanted but I wasn’t taking an item apart that I wasn’t familiar with and came assembled. Elspet #2 arrived the step clicked in place I put in the red tabs as before and prepared the little catcher. It has worked like a charm for 2 yrs now The rake and electric eye need to be cleaned occasionally. We have another and automatic litter box a different brand it stinks all the time unfortunately my husband loves that one Changes to Elspet Litter Box a battery backup so it will operate when the electric and Wi Fi is off in emergencies

I bought their box and it never worked. Months of emails back and forth with their so-called customer service, requested videos sent over and over. First I am offered a $30 refund. Yes, $30. Then told that if I wanted a full refund I could send the box back but it would cost $150 to ship it to them. I was supposed to pay that. They ship bad products, will not honor their warranty/guarantee and will make you crazy with their emails asking the same thing over and over. They are now also selling the same box under several different names so beware! They are SCAMMERS. Look up the Facebook group Scammed by Elspet and see how many people have been ripped off!

I have had the els pet litter box for a few months now, and I love it. It’s absolutely amazing. I have 3 cats, and have to change the bag every 2-3 days depending on how froggy everyone is feeling, but it’s awesome. It’s basically a fresh box every time they go so they don’t need to find an alternative spot. I got rid of my other litter boxes aside from the one in the catio. 😃
