the app reads my litter box being offline and no longer connect to eachother. because of this, it’s reading a full bin of litter in the drop box. there’s litter in the overhead compartment, where cats do their business, and it keeps piling up. it hasn’t rotated a cycle in almost 2 days and there is no help number, help on the app or here.

This app makes me log in every time I open it, does not give adequate info. and doesn’t update, even when refreshed. It also won’t allow me to change from military to standard time. Please make this more user friendly.
