Just as others say, the app works to connect to your device (two space heaters for me), but the ability to control the devices from the app is lacking to the point of being useless. I cannot change mode, target temperature, turn off annoying on/off sound, etc. Every time the heater gets turned off, it resets to original mode and settings, and I have to go back and manually adjust on the device itself. The developers must realize how poor the functionality is.

I have a heater that is compatible with this app, but the temperature control doesn’t work. I can turn it on, so it’s connected, but I’m stuck at 77 degrees for heat which is a bit excessive. I work in mobile app development, and have not found a way to remedy this or even know if it’s an error with the provided ux

The app and my new device were surprisingly easy to set up. The heater was found and paired almost immediately, which is better than other smart devices I have like LIFX which took a few tries!
To change/set the temperature you must be in “eco” mode, but it does work. H1 and H2 seem to just be low and high heat, with no temperature set point.
