Access to this app was paid for by my university. I use the waterfall noise to fall asleep at night and when I’m trying to focus in noisy areas. I like the daily mood checker and the self assessments for stress, depression and anxiety are good for quick check-ins on my mental health. I decided to use the app to record progress on some self care goals. So far so good !
I appreciate the wellness assessment and the tools the app suggested after seeing my results. I also like how the mood tool tracks what is going on at the time your mood is tracked. The videos are incredible and I especially appreciate the ones on emotional intelligence. Did anyone else notice Kevin from The Office? Those were great.
I’ve had a the app for a few days, mostly doing moodchecks so far. I don’t know how helpful or effective the app is in addressing anxiety or depression, but once again, I haven’t explored enough app features to say. One feature I do really like is the planning activities tab, which gives initiative to plan and do something stimulating. I like that the app is connected to the school and provides relevant links to school hotlines and resources when needed. A minor functionality issue: Some buttons are located on the top of the screen. On the iPhone X, these buttons are interrupted by the time and battery display on each side of the phone’s “notch”, making buttons here inaccessible. Please provide an update for this, thank you!
