Buddy's Pizza

This was the worst pizza I ever got from Buddy’s. It was flat, like the dough didn’t rise correctly and tasted dry despite having extra sauce on it that I requested. I was extremely disappointed and was going to call and complain but I honestly did not have the strength to do so. As a note I have been picking up pizzas from Buddy’s in Plymouth three or four times in the past 5 months and each pizza has been superb. What is going on with the food in Dearborn Buddy’s? I have had negative experiences a few times in past year and frankly don’t think I will be going back there.

And at 68 years old, still call Buddy’s the number one Pizza place to go! The service, the food, the prices are 2nd to none! Only the best ingredients go into their Pizza and it shows! The Antipasto Salad, is to absolutely die for! The dressing is so good you will want to buy a bottle which they do sell, every time you are there! Our server, Zach M. made sure everything was perfect, everything was hot and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable evening over a nice fairly priced bottle of Copper Ridge Merlot! BRAVO!!!

Buddy’s pizza has the worst policies. They sent you an email saying free delivery until a certain date if you download the app. Well I download the app and I ordered pizza and chicken tenders an hour later I called trying to find out where my Pizza is at and they said that they’re having a problem with DoorDash. I said door Dash what does DoorDash have to do with anything? They said that DoorDash is the one that does deliveries and that my pizza and chicken wings are under the warmer. Nowhere does it say that they don’t have delivery service and that DoorDash will be delivering it. Now it’s going to take at least two days to get my money refunded. Fix your app and let people know what’s really going on when it comes to delivery service.
