There App must allow more orders than the facility can handle. I arrived to pick up my 7:30 wings at 7:25 and heard the person at the register updating the dozen folks inside that the 7pm wings would be ready in an hour, but they could cancel if they wanted. With all of today’s technologies, they need to be able to notify people of delays of more than 15 minutes. Robo calls, text, email, app notifications or go crazy and the GM could make the call themselves. Their wings are good, but their disrespect for their customer’s time will not allow me to order from them again. App is being removed.

I logged into into the app and listed my previous orders. I opened my most recent order and reviewed the items that were shown in it, and it was correct. Under actions when I clicked order this again, the only thing that showed up in the new order was the last item on my previous order, instead of all of the items. Strike one. After I manually added the missing items to the new order and went to the checkout to the checkout page, it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay. The only option was to add a new card to be put on file. I don’t want my card on file with any more people than absolutely necessary for security reasons. Make it work with Apple Pay. Strike two.

I absolutely love this place! The app needs some work though. if I want to place an order online and pay cash when I get there it’s a problem. Please make this upgrade. Also there should be a place to write comments for my order like I want my fries well done, but there’s nothing to choose for that. also, I would love to be able to swap coleslaw or like extra fries or something else.
