Bakingo: Online Cake Delivery

I just want to say a huge thank you to Bakingo for the amazing customer service and consistently delicious cakes! I have two boys, and I’ve ordered cakes from Bakingo for their birthdays several times. This year, I ordered one cake for may 4 and another for July 12. Every single time, the cakes have been absolutely delicious, beautifully designed, and exactly as expected. We’ve ordered football-themed and cricket-themed cakes, and everyone at the party always compliments both the taste and the stunning designs. This time, while ordering my son’s 1.5 kg birthday cake, I accidentally selected the wrong delivery date. It was completely my mistake—I assumed I had chosen July 12 and didn’t double-check. When the cake was about to be delivered, I realized it was scheduled two days early. I immediately called customer support and spoke with Kavita. She patiently listened to my situation, asked me to give them some time, and then came back with wonderful news—they were able to change the delivery date for me. Honestly, I had already accepted that the mistake was mine and was prepared to receive the cake. But the kindness, understanding, and willingness of the Bakingo team to help made my day. It wasn’t just about the money—it was about a 1.5 kg birthday cake that was meant for my son’s special day, and I was worried about what I would do with it. Thank you, Kavita, and the entire Bakingo team, for going above and beyond. Great customer service like this builds trust and keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend Bakingo not only for their delicious cakes and beautiful designs but also for their exceptional customer care.

On may 10th 2026 I had ordered a “Mother’s day chocolate truffle cake” at 12:30 pm in the afternoon and the delivery was set to be done by 9 pm in the night. One of the guys from bakingo called and asked me to share the delivery location which I did through WhatsApp. Then that guy says he has shared it to the delivery person and he will perform the delivery and I got a confirmation at around 5:30 pm that my order is out for delivery, but as the time passes the order never arrived. Then at 11:30 pm the delivery guy calls me and says he is at a different location and he still has 20 orders to be delivered when I had already shared my deliver location well before. Then I asked him to cancel the order and he says I put the delivery as “attempted” and you can go ahead and cancel and I shall get the refund. But that guy goes and updates it as “delivered”. Now I cannot even initiate the refund and neither have a got my order. They robbed my of my 550rs. Their customer support line is dead and their chat bot does not do anything. Please do not use their service as they have no idea how to manage the deliveries. Pathetic company.

I ordered a chocolate truffle cake and it was absolutely delicious. The cake was fresh, moist and had the perfect balance of sweetness.
