Game glitches you can just hit an unplayable skip or reverse to rack up points told customer service

I’d hoped since the other reviews were old that maybe things had be fixed since. That’s not the case. It’s a fun idea for a game, but the execution is poor.
The game freezes and you have to pause to coax it to continue, it has a slow response as well so it won’t allow you to play as fast as you can. But, that’s not a huge deal since you can’t actually achieve any time bonus because the game doesn’t end. You can clear all the cards but you don’t “win” or anything. The time keeps ticking down so you have to wait for it to run out, or end the game.
Aside from that, the actual game itself is kind of terrible. Just fill up your hand with cards make your stacks, clear them then just play the reverse and skips on empty piles. However, if you use a wild to clear a stack it won’t advance, which if that’s a strategic thing, is still dumb.
This game has potential, but judging by the older reviews that have some of the same complaints, it’s likely to just fizzle and die.

I love this game, but no matter what I do, even when I i install and reinstall, it freezes mid game if I move a card from another slot or if I put an alternate color card of the same number on and then it shows a huge card and covers all the other cards. I’ve lost a lot of z’s due to this and it is annoying when I love uno! It is great otherwise, but can you work on a fix for this please?

How to Play
• There are total 4 columns of card to play. You have 7 cards initially
• You select the card that either have the same color or same number with the previous card in the column (just like Uno). If the column is empty, you can choose any card except Wild card
• Once you finish placing a card into the current column, you will move to the next column to play
• There are 3 special card. Reverse card is to change the direction of the column. Skip card is to skip the current column and move to the next column. Wild card is to clear the column except empty column
• Each game has 1 full deck of cards. Finish the deck before the clock runs out and you'll receive a time bonus.
No longer a card game experience!
• Games can be played Head to Head with other players or in large, multiplayer tournaments.
• In head to head games, both players solve the same deck and the player who finishes with the most points win.
• Challenge people around the world with Skillz, a competition platform complete with leaderboards, trophies, Cash or virtual currency prizes, and an amazing loyalty program that rewards you for playing!
• Cash tournaments are available in about 75% of the world. Cash tournaments are not enabled in the following states: AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, LA, MD, ME, MT, SC, SD, and TN. If you don't live in a cash-enabled region, you can still play for free.
