App Profile: Ergosleep

The Ergosleep® app can help you monitor and adjust your sleep pattern and routine. It is a handy tool that brings together a number of interesting functionalities to improve your sleeping comfort and where you always have relevant information regarding your bed at hand.
With the Ergosleep® app you can:
1. consult your SLEEP DNA® measurement data
2. use the Ergosleep® tracker (sold separately) to gain a better understanding of your
sleep behaviour and sleep quality. The tracker analyses your sleep pattern, translates
this into a sleep score and offers you a number of tips to improve your sleep quality.
3. bring together all the practical data regarding your purchased bed.
4. easily operate the motors of your bed, so that a separate manual control is
unnecessary.

In addition, if you wish, you will regularly receive useful tips to make your sleep more pleasant and efficient, for example, a notification when it is time to turn your mattress.

The measured sleep data can also be viewed in Apple HealthKit.
