Faves - cloud video storage

I got the app when you needed to subscribe to be able to download more than 2 vids and day. At first I was fine without it, and just saved 2 vids everyday. About 2 mos. passed I started to like it so much I planned on buying the subscription. (Loved the app, it was great for “backing up my tiktoks and organizing them so I could watch certain ones without have to scroll through all of my posts.) But a few days later when I saved a vid of mine I noticed that the audio wasn’t aligned with the video. I tried downloading a different vid and it did the same thing, but bc I hadn’t payed for the subscription yet, I had to wait 24hrs before trying to download another vid to see if the problem persisted. So I decided to scroll through the vids I had already downloaded. But I discovered that now ALL of my downloaded videos are not aligned with the audio. Ones that were perfectly fine before. So MONTHS of saving videos DAILY and all of it went to waste be now EVERY video is messed up. The kicker is this all happened over 7mos. ago and the problem STILL hasn’t been fixed. I’ve tried updating, deleting and redownloading the app, saving vids from my camera roll and different platforms. NOTHING WORKS! Even now I would pay for the subscriptions and redownload all the (now) messed up vids, if I knew the problem would be resolved. This is my second time leaving a review and I would rlly appreciate a response. Especially after have said something about the problem months shot and seeing other people’s reviews have gotten a response.

Ok so I have like at least hundreds of vids saved here. I love that it’s not tied to one app. Also LOVE the streak saver! It’s a very convenient app and I would def recommend to people. It’s nice that you give a save and download option. The move something to another stack can be laggy sometimes and not work but it’s probably because I saved too many in a tiny span of time. Its nice that it’s minimal. I would like to say this but can you bring back the number that tells you how many stuff you have in the stack? I reallllly like the new update but that’s one thing I already miss! Also, I’m unable to rename my stacks, I think adding that would be great. Also with the new update I can’t reload/refresh the app so it’s kinda annoying but idk. But aside from those tiny things this app is great and more understandable than other apps. ALSO one more thing, I’m not sure if it’s my WiFi but sometimes vids from other stacks will appear in the wrong stack. Which brings me back to the refresh thing. I have to swipe the app off and return to get rid of that. Please fix these problems. Also pls add back the ability to move stuff from one stack to another and a merge option.

I’m loving this app so far. Not only that but yesterday I had the opportunity to schedule a phone call and got a prize for it just to share feedback which was incredibly generous. I love categorizing things and having it all in one app just feels so much less overwhelming. I like the purple design and the layout as well, I have yet to explore the discovery feature but I think I will give it a chance. My one and only complaint is this. I didn’t get to mention it on the phone bc I didn’t know about it yet. but I saw that when I’m saving a Reddit comment, to view it in the stack it will open the post on Reddit scrolled all the way to the top of the post. It’d be cool if I could just view the comment I had saved. But yes— so far everything else is great! Keep up the good work. UPDATE: got to a 10 day streak and they literally sent me a hat 100% free (no shipping, no nothing) and I was expecting the quality to be cheap since it was free but this is the best quality hat I own. Really wish I hadn’t lost my streak bc at 15 days apparently they’d send a shirt, but I’ll try and work it up again. This may all be temporary. I have no idea if they’ll still be giving freebies out like this in the future. But even so this is a the Most generous app-making team I’ve ever encountered. And I have tried a lot of apps so color me impressed. If you want someone enthusiastic about your app, future or current app-creators, take notes from the Faves team. Literally told me friends about it and I never like annoying my friends with apps and stuff like that. I made an exception because I really think this is great. Thank you Faves team! Good luck!
