I’ve been using this app for about two weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The app constantly asks me to verify my location sometimes up to 10 times an hour even when I haven’t moved. It makes playing nearly impossible. The withdrawal process is even worse. Getting my money has been a nightmare. They repeatedly requested bank statements and additional verification, even after I had already provided the requested documents. I spent over 8 hours dealing with support just trying to get everything resolved so I could receive my money. On top of that, the live casino games don’t work properly on the mobile app. If you want to play live casino, you apparently have to use a laptop or PC, which is ridiculous in 2026. Overall, the constant location issues, frustrating withdrawal verification process, and lack of working live casino games on mobile make this one of the worst gambling apps I’ve ever used. I ended up making several reckless bets, lost the remaining balance, and ultimately closed my account. I’m actually glad I discovered these issues before depositing or spending thousands of dollars. I enjoy gambling casually, and when I win, I expect to be able to actually withdraw and enjoy my winnings. Do your own research before using this casino.
