FanDuel Poker: PokerStars

This is so utterly sickening for someone who spent over $100,000 on your platform you’re giving me a hard time about giving me my six dollars because this platform is garbage my 14-year-old nephew can put together UI front and back end not have it fall apart like this junk app is you definitely should’ve spent a lot more time in Beta I design AI for a living you guys want some help Beta testing this thing let me know and I’m still waiting on my six dollars from the 17th I received nothing but chat ended phone calls ended and disrespect from customer support well non-support and as I’ve stated for someone who spent over 110,000 platform and you’re refusing to give me my six dollars or even acknowledge that I’m out here from getting stuck in some glitched out game in here horrible endless loop of bad programming

I deposited 10$, enter a 1$ poker game that failed to load. When the page refreshed my balance was down 5$. I was told a refund would be issued, 24 hours later no refund…customer service now is saying they are looking into it. They can’t even stay consistent. Yesterday I’m told to be patient for a refund today they are still looking into it??? This is a total racket. Customer service terminated the chat before it was finished today. Kaylee promised the refund, thanks for nothing Kaylee . I’ll stick to legit platforms .

1st off, I almost never write reviews or rate apps but I had to write this one. Just about everything is worse than the original PS. The poker play was way better on the original site. The poker play is stiff and for some reason almost confusing. They should have just kept the same PokerStars animation. The new look is cool but it plays slow and jittery and… confusing. Plus you can’t make a decision before it’s actually your turn. Dumb!!!! I like everything about the old site and nothing how FD did it. Everything is confusing and slow and complicated for no reason. Also, finding slots is way too hard on FD. I’m not even a slot player but like to play once in a while. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1. I was trying to be open to the change but tbh this app is trash in every way. It’s worse than the old sites 20 years ago. I really wanted to like the new site but it’s trash. Like I said I should have given 1 star. Very disappointed. Please fix or I will close my account.
