My account is banned right now i dont know what is the reason the server said that i have violation ive already send messge to the page of sword and magic eternal love but until now i havent recieve any feedback from them and i want to know why my account banned for no valid reason this is waste of money to this game application I spend a lot of money then you banned me for no reason i cant play right now so please be carefull to this game please dont spend a lot of money. in the end they will banned you for no reason im a good player my friends on server 98 know that i didnt violate anything on this game. im from server 98 name: MahinaMahina VIP4 hopping to resolve this issue bring back my account

I topped up a total of 10,000 diamonds and was expecting to get what’s posted as a single top up reward but didn’t receive it. I escalated it to this page but all they do is see the message and no action. It has been a week since the top up and nothing has been resolved. Recently, there had been a diamond spending event where you get items for spending diamonds. I did not get most of the rewards as posted and promised by the event. I also escalated this with screenshots but up until now, nothing has been resolved. They do not stay true to their events, and do not even provide compensation. I am very disappointed and feel like I have been scammed off my money.

It’s been weeks and I still can’t top up in the game. Can you please fix this issue? I love the game and everything it just that all of a sudden I can’t top up and I dunno why, I tried at the other games and there’s no problem. Please fix it. Thanks
