I have the free version and can definitely see how valuable this training app is. The app does a fantastic job of flashing an expression and then giving a set of core emotion options. It's a pretty quick flash for an autistic adult, but that’s what makes it great training. The free version has 13 (?) image tests and one can earn two badges. Two additional tests are available for purchase at $8.99 each, these come with significantly more images (240?), access to a global ranking system, and all badges become achievable. After thinking about it, $8.99 is a pretty reasonable price to pay if it allows me to read others' emotions, better.
