Went to Braums in Bentonville and had a large order. I saw I could order online and went to the website. It asked for my location, but then the site never gave me an option and so I was stuck. So I downloaded the app to see if I could order through that. I signed up, but when I entered location, the app crashed. And now, if I attempt to open the app, it crashes. So I had to go into the store. And I gathered my order for all of my family. When I went up to the counter, they informed me their grill was broken, so they could only do chicken. I got the rest of my family their food and not mine because I wanted a burger. The workers offered me nothing for my inconvenience. After a while, the food was brought out on a tray. A large amount of food…obviously it wasn’t all for me. I asked for “to go” bags and the lady gave me a long look like I had inconvenienced her. The site is broken, the app is broken and the grill is broken and the service is broken. Extremely disappointing.

I was hesitant to download this app based on the most recent reviews. After downloading and looking around the different sections of the app, I was impressed. I placed my first order and it said I could pickup ASAP! Wow, that’s a great thing! I usually have to wait 1-3 days with Walmart. Also, the minimum order is only $20. I got an email almost 2 hours before my chosen pickup time and I drove there, checked in on the app and my food was brought out and they put it in my car! Easy peasy! The fruit and veggies were very fresh. I can see using this app weekly.

Wanted to see if they had any app-only deals for the restaurant menu. Was confused and disappointed to find that the app only represents the grocery section of the store. Not going to do the whole, “You’ve lost my business!” bit because we’re talking about fast-food here, but rating the app poorly due to it presenting as “Braums” and not “Braums Grocery” or something to that effect. Understandable concept but disappointingly misleading. Would love if they even just added the restaurant menu on there. If you’re looking for Braums fast-food pickup, they are not on DoorDash but I’m pretty sure they are on UberEats.
