I had heard the hype. I use to live in Richardson Texas. I saw Fuzzy Taco in Dallas Texas. I had heard they have the best tacos. I recently moved to Plano Texas. So I was in the process of applying for an apartment. While I was at the property I was hungry. Mind you I’m diabetic. So a tenant there said “it’s a Fuzzy Taco right there”! So its in walking distance. Omg! I first tried the shrimp quesadilla. I thought I died went to heaven. Yes I tried a shrimp taco. Mercy! I found out they have breakfast. Now I’m all moved in. I just take a short walk to Fuzzy Taco for breakfast lunch or dinner. Then I noticed they serve alcohol. I had been craving Crown and Coke. I look I saw Voka Hennessey . They have Margaritas. So now I go have a drink on Friday or Saturday. Now when I go the cashier knows what I want before I say a word . She knows I like the patio. Although it’s warm. Heat and alcohol don’t mix lol.

I usually really enjoy this Fuzzy’s Taco Shop on TCU’s campus and come quite often. Todays service was deplorable and will ensure that I take my business elsewhere. The server I had at this store had an attitude, got my order wrong even after I asked if she was sure that three tacos and three drinks cost the cost she told me, and then walked away from me to get her manager when I double checked the receipt and showed her she charged me for two extra tacos. The manager fixed my ticket, mentioned she gets easily frustrated and apologized, only to have her walk back and talk about me rudely as I was walking away. I have never had such rude service at Fuzzy’s and am sad that I will no longer be a customer at a spot I’ve liked very much. The cashier Marissa’s deplorable attitude and her manager’s lack of knowing how to help alleviate a situation that his staff member caused guaranteed that.

I went to Fuzzy’s On Saturday and had my receipts to scan after we received our food. I scanned one receipt and it gave me credit. However, the other two receipts required that I waited 4 hours before I could scan my additional receipts. After waiting over six hours I try to scan my additional receipts with the same error message. The next morning I tried to scan the receipts within the three day window and still received an error message regarding the four hours between scans. I have sent three emails to Tech Support to no avail. I went to their website and clicked on contact us to let them know the problem. I have never heard back from using that method either. It would appear that Fuzzy’s no longer supports their app or the customers. It’s a shame.
