Both products was excellent very proud of them work successfully would be better if they had a few more languages and a better learning app. But mostly better customer service. I think the customer service is horrible. Most of the people I have talked to there have extremely horrible attitudes and talk back to you disrespectfully When you were only asking simple questions about the product. And last thing, the note both products that I ordered from them for some reason the right year always fails. The volume starts off perfect and then gets very low to where you can no longer hear the other person. I had three of my friends also ordered this product telling them how good they work and they have also had the same problems and customer service is no help. Just want you to buy new product. And even to replace the one ear they’re charging half the price of the whole system and only giving you the earpiece. I think that is not right and needs to change.

I got the mid range translation earbuds I don’t remember the name but they were about $250 when I bought them about 4 months ago. They were not worth that price. They are okay, at best slightly better than google so far from perfect or even correct most of the time. The final nail in the coffin was when my wife bought some cheap garbage looking $25 translation earbuds and they literally worked just as well, if not a tad better than this $250 product. Bottom line, all these translation programs are just google translate with a face lift and maybe a few tweaks so paying a premium for a translation product better be based on some truly incredible hardware.

I had tried to update my review last year but will leave this new one, i’ve been very happy with all the updates. There has been some issues along the way, but the developers have been working them out, but for the most part, this translator has been with us since the beginning of our relationship when we couldn’t understand anything without using this translator. This is let us be able to look at each other in the eyes and talk to family dinners attend church services together be able to build a relationship with each other‘s family without having a language barrier we use this from movies, bowling alleys, dinners, carnivals, just taken drives in the middle of the night and talking about nothing and everything and I wanted to update my review because today i’ll be taking this to listen in as we have our second meeting with the pastor. When I bought the translator two years ago to be able to speak in communicate with a friend and overtime that friend became a fiancé and I will say this translator did have a big part of that, many hours of translations ran through the translator I’ve been able to listen in. I’ve been able to join in and our family has been able to be a part and I’ve seen this product grow from the beginning, but what’s kept me pleased is the developers are always adding updates they listen to the problems and they work on them, and when you’re done with the project like this things do take time continue to use the product and be a customer.
