Applegreen Rewards

Account creation experience is poor. Only told about password requirements after I created one. Why not list the password rules in advance? Finally since it’s a rewards card it would benefit from supporting iOS wallet. Please consider this as a feature should you bother updating the app.

The old points rewards program was a million times better. Now it’s a coffee or a car wash. I Don’t even bother using this app anymore on the occasions where I do fill up at Applegreen. You’ve cheaped out lads and lost a pretty loyal customer in the process. I’m sure I’m not the only one. The effort with this app is not worth it even when it is working.

This app is appalling. It does not accept my surname because it has an apostrophe in it! That’s my name. It’s what many Irish names have. It’s what I’m known as...except to Applegreen. Nevertheless, having gotten Pat that hurdle, I cannot create a password the app will accept despite meeting all their criteria of different characters, etc. Don’t waste your time downloading this. In fact, Applegreen abandoned their last rewards programme with minimal notice and wouldn’t let me redeem my points so I have little hope for this.
