Autopay should be so easy. The management company knows my monthly charge, so they can just draw that amount each month. Instead, I have to get on this app to update the amount whenever there’s a change in the lease. But you can’t just update the amount, because you’re locked out for 10-days before payment is due. And then for 10 days after payment is due it still shows you have a balance owed. It is the most inconvenient middle-man app that has ever existed. I had to go to the office to find out what my monthly charges should be because it says it no where on the app. Then I had to delete my old autopay because it won’t let you edit the amount. Then when I tried to create a new autopay it won’t let you assign it to the first or last week of the month. So effectively you can’t make an auto pay. I cannot stress this enough, the app is completely useless GARBAGE.

I don’t understand the other reviews I reset my password multiple times through this app. It recognizes me but after keep changing my password each time that it says it doesn’t recognize my login. I still cannot use the mobile app to report a maintenance problem. I’ve been living in this apartment three years and they just changed the system and not only does. It tells me that I paid my rent late even though I have a receipt showing it was paid two days before it’s due, I still get an email telling me that it’s late and also have a fee and I have to keep sending an email to get it corrected. It doesn’t work and you should allow people to submit emails and have a formal form to submit through a computer because your app is broken and I can’t reach anyone.

The app works well accomplishing the actual tasks, such as placing reservations or sending messages, but the visual is really difficult because the areas to tap for the task bar at the bottom is obscured by the page you’re on. Also please update the bulletin board to show the text of the post when looking at photos attached to the post. It’s frustrating to have to go back to the main feed to see what the context was.
