I suddenly received a letter saying I was short on rent from the state but there is not option to pay online even when I have autopay active. This app is a scam and any company that uses them is a scam as well because the state and government only side with property owners and hates renters. If a company used this app don’t trust them

It is really helpful to have everything you need related to the building and it’s residents all in one place. Not crazy about the navigation. Too buttons and many do the same thing. One list of choices would be much more efficient. Too much clicking = frustration.

I’ve lived at Twin Tower Apts for 2 years and has been an excellent experience. Very friendly and professional mgt, supporting staff, and maintenance. Very clean and well kept building and grounds area.
