The full program is an easy to follow tai chi form that is wonderful for those new to tai chi or those looking for a short exercise. Great production value, well instructed, nothing complicated here, and David-Dorian is a super teacher! An excellent value 5.99 for the full instructional video.

What exactly do you get for $5.99? One video? Two? Ten? Thirty? I’m very interested, but need more information before buying.

Exactly how many video workouts is “all” when the popup message asks if one wants to unlock all videos for $5.99? It’s a mystery. I don’t want to buy something when it looks as if there is only one 30-minute workout video to unlock, not several. No thanks.
