I gone through the process of enabling touch ID through this app numerous times. I’ll close the app come back to it a month or two later and it will forget that I have already enabled touch ID (I have to set it up again!!!). I am losing the time-savings and convenience of this app supposedly having against touch ID when it does not remember my password (after I HAVE enabled Touch ID). Please fix this bug! You’ve gotta know it’s a know issue. I’m running iOS 26.2.1 on an iPhone SE.

Claims on the app are slow and tedious! one claim at a time with picture attached is the most it will accommodate. If my employer offered something else, I’d steer clear of BHS. Everything is a fight to get my money back. EVERYTHING!!! If you want to do it right, copy HRAgo. Their app is spot on and user friendly. Mostly it allows you to attach multiple submissions at one time, making the process quicker and more user friendly.

This app does not help me much with staying on top of my medical FSA and HRA. Benefit Help Solutions is a pain to work with. I never seem to get notified when I need to take action. It is tedious to upload documents, and a couple of times I have not been able to send in the format my receipt is in.
