Sleep: Sounds & Meditation

I’ve had this app for 5 years. I want to say that “DEEP RELAXATION” which is the actual recording meant to help you “remember your dreams,” is actually displayed on the list incorrectly as “deep relaxation” with the straw beach hut and water in the background), and goes for about 25 minutes. I’ve been listening to this particular track for many years now. After all this time, I never last past the first 6-11 minutes. I kid you not, I do not know what the middle 11-26 minutes of this recording says because I always fall asleep before then. I used to need sleeping pills to go to sleep; I had insomnia. My head used to go racing 90 miles an hour for a day and a half without sleep. Two days without sleep. Day 3, I was a scattered wreck, missing entire pieces/blocks of information and time, to the point I was afraid to drive. I was literally certain that I would cluelessly run a stoplight. That is, until I started using this app. It’s completely worth it. “Deep Relaxation” is the only one I use, and I have never had anything so successfully work for me more than once or twice. 💭🌟🧚🏼 I’ve listened to this DEEP RELAXATION at least 1000 times, and I should have memorized the entire recording, but I can’t do that if I’m asleep; I have only slept during this recording. So, considering it’s been five years, maybe even longer, this app has been a Godsend. Thank You!

God thank you for the blessed day that we have had today! I know that we bring on this new night to praise your name with Love and grace because we are all the things you have called us to be! We are so possible and I know that tomorrow is going to be blessed but tonight all your children have their great hope in you and knowing and believing that we are protected by a king! I pray that tonight all of us around the world rest in your name and show that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! We are so possible and we knowing your name is full of grace and glory that is able to save us from temptations and worry and all the things that’s holding us back from you! We are in the way to a next chapter full is blessing and loving life full of Christ with us every step of the way! We are anointed with you oil and we can pop and blossom into beautiful flowers! You are the bond of water and soil to grow and prosper and you are the vine with us being the leaf! We are if you and grow only through you and we shall still trust because of the glory that happening the moment you have faith! You are big and you are great and we shall trust and see just how GOD can work in you, around you, and through you! We are on a good path and that way is you! Thank you Jesus for your way! We can’t do it without you and we can abundantly be a blessing and be blessed WITH YOU!! Your a way maker and water in waste lands! …especially the “Desert Wind” white noise. For me, it’s very conducive to sleep. Most “sleep sounds,” after I listen to them for a while, I can pick out the sound loop, which gets to be irritating rather than soothing. Can’t with “Desert Wind.” It sounds more like flying in a plane at night or the way the rain sounds here because of the deep eaves on the house. Also, there is a bedtime story section where you can pick a story to be read to you. I haven’t made it to the end of one yet. And, there are a number of “sleep/meditation sounds” besides the “Desert Wind” one.
