I love it so much it helps me sleep so much faster and it relaxes me a lot it has also helped reduce nightmares . I used to just stare at my ceiling thinking about anything that popped in my head which made it so much harder to fall asleep I tried many methods to fall asleep faster but none of them worked . for example I would put my phone down five minutes before bed and I would try to massage my face and relax the muscles and I kept searching up things to try and help but none of them helped . so then I tried reading a book before going to sleep it had also helped me relax making it easier to fall asleep and as soon as i combine these things together I fell asleep in under at least 20 minutes . it used to take me hours To even stop thinking and overthinking about what is going to happen tomorrow and what happened today . when I first got the app it was at least around one to two am and that was because I couldn’t fall asleep even though I went to bed at something near 8:30 - 9:10 I wake up in the middle of the night a lot less so this app has helped me so much and reading a book which I do recommend trying if the app doesn’t help some individuals . and if I had to name something I didn’t like it would probably be the price but for how much has helped it’s understandable and I have no regrets buying it . I am so so so happy I was able to find this it helped me so much and if I did not get this I would still be struggling to fall asleep . these are my thoughts about the app it’s probably the best sleeping app I found and definitely one of the ones I use more often this app overall is amazing for me . : thank you for helping me :
I know that title sounds over promising and it may not work quite as well for everyone, but one night into using this app I can tell you it worked like a charm for me. I believe the leading sleep app out there is Better Sleep, don’t get that one, you don’t need it. They make you pay for like everything. On this app, there are still quite a lot of features behind a pay wall, but if you’re like me and want to try out that green noise thing to see if it’s legit, this app is perfect. Without buying premium the maximum the timer will go for the noise is 5 minutes. I was skeptical this would work for me since it almost always (and definitely lately) takes me more than 5 minutes to fall asleep, but it worked! If I could take half a star off I would just because they try so hard to get you to buy premium it’s almost like a scam, but other than that, no complaints. I feel this app saved my life to an extent.
These kinda apps are amazing. The issue I have is that others are way too eager to exploit very real problems others have. The average person already pays for actual entertainment and music, seeing these apps charge annual premiums is obsurd because they are not providing nearly the same maintenance or service as streaming apps. My biggest quip with this app is that you can't even cast music. That's a really basic function that the apps they are trying to mimick in fees actually have. I don't understand how people sleep knowing that their bread and butter comes strictly from overpricing and making subscription models of apps that really should just be a flat rate people would be happy to pay. It's sad. The "ai" seems more like shortcuts, which is not ai. Real ai grows and learns. It's insulting to see so many apps use buzzwords and hop on bandwagons of money making without justifying why. There is no reason anyone should ever be paying double, triple, quadruple, and so on the original value of a product whose user value is not matching it. In 5 yrs (with no price hikes which won't likely be the case) you would have payed $150 for an app you still don't own and can't use if you don't continue to shell out further money. This is insanity and should not be legal. If you're not doing your fee's amount of work, you should not be charging the prices. How much maintenance can a sound app really require? The prices need to match the value and not lazily be required despite no significant improvements to the app.
