Keeps making me sign up for an account. I already have an account. Keeps make me sign up for an account to place my order. Because I have an account already won’t let me login. It’s just this never ending cycle that you can’t surpass on the mobile app. Trying to login. Wants you to sign up. Already ah e an account. Error message. Can’t login. Had to go to the website to order online. Just as terrible over there for their mobile website. At least I could complete the order but it was still confusing af. For a place that is so popular you guys need to step it up. It’s 2026. Come on.
Mostly the App worked fine. Visually pleasing, good experience using the app. I just wish they would fix the schedule feature for orders. You can open the drop down menu for time and date but it doesn’t give you any options. You have to pretty much be ready for your drink as soon as you order, especially if you’re slow. Would love to order 30 min to an hour in advance if I’m coming from somewhere else so my drink doesn’t get cold (or hot if it’s an iced drink lol)
It really feels like they have leaned too hard into fonts and structures that try to feel cool, rather than being legible or easy to navigate. It shows hubris on the part of the designers to try to redefine learned and intuitive navigation conventions. Discarding ease for, I don’t know, a fashiony font. Not worth it. A little restraint would have been better.
