Snoonu: Food Delivery Service

I find myself having to use other apps to look for restaurants and cuisines. Their sorting system is terrible and some restaurants just never appear. For example if you haven’t eaten seafood in a while the app will remove “seafood” from the categories and there’s no way to look for it again, which is extremely silly. The app is also sluggish and slow especially during checkout as it sometimes keeps looping asking you for the location. The app also fails to load every few weeks and requires me to reinstall it to work again, which is an issue also encountered by my friends who use Snoonu. A lot of the restaurants there still have missing menu items - basic items like sauces or side dishes. these menu items are available on other delivery apps but not Snoonu, which forces me sometimes to use Talabat or Rafeeq to order. Their algorithm needs improving. Some restaurants just simply disappear from my feed and I have to search for them by name despite me ordering constantly from them. They have been expanding the app a lot but they need to go back and fix the basic UI and core issues that seem to be there since launch.

Snoonu is honestly one of the best delivery apps I’ve used in Qatar. The app is super easy to use, everything is organized clearly, and it’s really quick to find restaurants, groceries, or basically anything you need. What I love most is how fast the deliveries usually are. Even during busy times the drivers are professional and the orders arrive fresh and correct. The tracking feature is also really helpful because you can see exactly where your order is, which makes the experience way less stressful. Customer service is great too if anything goes wrong. Overall it’s reliable, convenient, and perfect when you’re hungry and don’t want to wait forever. Definitely one of my go-to apps.

My niece had an event in her school I bought a size 5 dress and it was delivered within the hour. We tried that on and thought it’s a bit short so decided to chat with the support team on the app they were efficient and fast and sent two drivers one brought a size 6 dress and the other took the size 5 dress back to the store ( no charge). We tried the size 6 dress and thought it was really big so we decided on the size 5 dress. Again I contacted the support team in the app and honestly again so efficient and fast they sent two drivers again one took the dress and one brought back the size 5 dress. ( the size of the dress is from a shop that snoonu only manages their deliveries). Thank you snoonu for the fast and efficient service we were so happy with the service and put my mind in ease throughout it all. Again all that exchange free of charge 🙌🏾
