The app is great overall, but the payment gateway doesn’t always work for some reason which affects me as a customer and it becomes a reliability issue especially if you’re ordering last minute. Sometimes, when it happens, I find myself stuck and having to find a parking spot to go up to the restaurant/cafe to order something.

The app is so innovative and easy to use. It automatically detected my car when I was in the delivery zone. I used the wallet feature to pay and it worked smoothly. When I clicked I registered my car through the app so there was no confusion when delivering the order. I really love the app.

This app is ridiculous. Ordered food, was waiting for half an hour to receive confirmation to pick up the order but it ultimately got cancelled, with no refund! Who created This redundant app?? KAREN IS NOT VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW. Edit: they refunded me and also gave me the meal for free. Karen is happy right now.
