After multiple delete and reinstalling, updating my phone and allowing all location devices my dojo is still not showing within the app! Frustrating since my gym does everything through mobile platform!!

This app is great when it is working. Until recently I have been logged off without warning. This is the second time a major log off situation has occurred for myself. The 1st time it affected all members due to an update in which everyone had to create a new password. It worked fine until last week. I tried the reset password option that should be sending a link to my email which it does not. I’ve tried multiple times and still get nothing in the email. I like the system of signing up my son for karate class and knowing he will get the credit for being there rather than rely on instructors who are busy with many kids and activities going on at the same time. I feel it helps streamline when the parents or students can help with class attendance. Hopefully it gets resolved sooner rather than later. Been using the app for a couple years now. Please fix or reply as to what I should do. Thanks.

The product "could" be nice if it weren't for the EXCESSIVE frequency of "updates." If your coders are THAT bad, or you can't do more in a single release, just give up. Further, when an update is posted to the app store (feels like 3 a week), the app is not usable. Users should still be able to navigate the app until they update. It's not like you're making interface, architecture or feature updates. Ever heard of "agile" or "scrum"??? Sheesh!
