Unlike the previous listed app reviews, I am excited to have it instead of having to go to the website! I had no trouble at all logging in. My phone had saved my password from the online portal so it used my face scan to open within seconds! I also was able to see my daughter’s upcoming classes easily on the dashboard and it showed her class ratings from her swim instructor. It automatically popped up with our location so that was no an issue for us on that end either. You can book new classes on the app and see offered packages. Overall I 10/10 recommend. I will be using this app from here on out.

I see a lot of poor ratings for this app especially from people complaining about either login issues or because they’re too lazy to enter a password. I am very happy with this app. It’s fantastic. No login issues that many complain of. And it stays logged in. I don’t have to keep entering passwords. I am certain all these poor ratings are all user induced problems.
Re-scheduling classes (transfer) and using make-up tokens is so easy when the app gives you all available slots for your kid’s swimming level based on the dates/calendar and filters you choose. I don’t have to stay on the call with a staff member going back and forth trying to figure out what slots are available for my son and what’s not.

This app is almost useless. It takes forever to pull up your data and display it. You can easily go to the dashboard and that’s about it. Going to the My Account section is almost impossible, you click on it and it will stack with a white page displayed. At one point I thought it’s my phone and I restarted it but no charge and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have the same issue.
What’s the point of having an app if it can’t let you do things?!
