Shark Casino and Sportsbook

This app has been getting worse and worse the last four or five months. This morning when I went on the app, I noticed that about 5 million chips that I had earned were missing. I also discovered that most of the data is gone from the app. All of my previous bets are gone. All of my won bets and lost bets are gone. This app has been going downhill for a long time. Whoever is in charge of it has not been taken care of it. I advise you to find something else. This app will be a big disappointment. And surely you should not give them any money for anything because I doubt they’ll be in business much longer.

Hello shark book members and future members. I want to say thank you to the awesome customer service members at shark book. (Thanks guys..) The first response back to me was about 24hrs but in today’s world that is an awesome response time. I had an issue with my account it seemed that for some reason I was being logged in with a guest account and could not connect to my active account which I had a good some of funds in there. So I contacted the shark book developers using there home page. We emailed back and forth for about 2 days they asked me many questions and also asked me to try and login and out many different ways. In the end the staff at shark book resolved the situation. I was rather impressed with the way the team got in touch with me and even worked with me on my end to come to a resolution. More importantly to me was that they just did not brush me off like so many other app developers would have done. So for all you shark book members and future members if you should have an issue with your account just email the shark book team and they will respond in a timely matter. Keep in mind and don’t get discouraged that in some cases the situation may not be a one day fix but in the end it will get resolved. Thanks and have fun... it’s football time again... Mike C

Definitely need to get European futball!! I will give 5 stars when I can bet on European soccer leagues also horse races would be nice too but more importantly futball please!!
