TremenDoc - v2

I downloaded this app and subscribed for the premium plan with the hope of getting quick access to either chat or call a doctor for urgent consultation for my wife. It’s either the doctors are offline or the calls don’t connect to the online doctors. I even booked an appointment but it wasn’t honored. I usually don’t write reviews but this is pretty frustrating.

I have installed v2 with the hope that the bugs would have been fixed but it keeps crashing. I also have problem with the data availability (list of hospitals, specialist etc) Please employ a quality assurance testers to help you do a thorough testing before you release the next version. I love the idea and what the app represents but it doesn’t work for me and hence am going to uninstall.

I’ve been using this app. during this pandemic and it has been so helpful. I don’t have to go and wait for doctors prescriptions at clinics or hospital which is very risky at the moment.
