Power Pet Door

I love that the dogs are able to go when we aren’t home. It works well. Sometimes when we are home have 4 dogs hearing the door open and close so many times we sometimes want to leave it open but it doesn’t have a flap to prevent loosing air. The other thing is I wish the collars were rechargeable and had a better way of telling how much charge still on them.

The motor on my previous door burned out. That door was an operation for about five years. I just installed my replacement door And the new one had Wi-Fi and app capabilities. I was excited to be able to use the app for better control because sometimes my dogs’ sensors end up on the back of their neck. The door connected to the Wi-Fi and the app worked perfectly the first day. I was signed out of the app and now I can’t get back in. All I get is a continuous message that. Due to server issues and to check MY Internet. My Internet is fine. I can even see that the door is connected to it. I am guessing the app is living up to its very low rating.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Wi-Fi electric doggie door. When it was working, it was perfect — clean, convenient, and extremely helpful. Whether I was on vacation or at work, I could let my dogs out to the backyard, schedule access times, lock it when guests came over, and get notifications. It made everything so much easier. But after the recent update, I haven’t been able to log back in at all. When I try to reset my password, I never receive the email. I even attempted to create a brand-new account with a different email, but I still can’t access anything. It’s been very frustrating. In the past, customer service was great — you helped me identify a part that wasn’t working and I was able to replace it myself without any issues. But this app problem really needs attention. If it isn’t addressed soon, I can see how customers may start losing confidence. I’m hoping you’ll have a fix or a new update out soon. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try in the meantime. Thank you.
