We have been frustrated with our Wayzn opener for some time, and after lots of research, decided to go with SmartSlydr. Game. Changer. With the app we have precise control on how far the door opens…anything from an inch to fully open! Wish we had upgraded years ago.

Excellent. Our lives easier with the lychee patio door opener. The support for this product is extremely excellent. You have a problem their support team is working on it along side you to solve the problem! Highly recommend!

The SmartSlydr worked great for a few hours, but then it started randomly opening and closing on its own. I removed it from the app and unpaired the accessories, expecting to just re-add it. Now the device won’t show up at all when trying to add it back through the app. I followed all the recommended steps — unpaired remotes, reinstalled the app, power-cycled the unit — but nothing works. When I reached out for help, I found out that the only way to perform a factory reset is by pressing a tiny hidden button located behind the unit, which means physically taking it down. That’s completely unrealistic. The device was professionally installed using adhesive as recommended, and removing it would likely damage both my sliding door and the product. No smart home device should require disassembly just to reset it. Until LycheeThings provides a reasonable, user-friendly way to reset or reconnect the device, I cannot recommend this product — and I won’t be buying another.
