The app forces you to share personal information before you can even complete the setup. It feels like you’re required to provide unnecessary personal data just to use the device, which is frustrating and raises privacy concerns.
I had T-Rex's new automated food bowl set up and filling up his bowl within 20 minutes start to finish. Putting the bowl together, downloading the app and setting up his feed times and manually filling his bowl. It was very simple and easy to do!
