This app is intuitive and well organized. It explains the latest science on chronic pain in an easy to understand way and provides practices that are well designed to manage your pain. I used the app daily - it was like having a coach right by my side, guiding me along the way. Together w/the program, I was able to wash dishes and swim without pain for the first time after six years of chronic pain.

Easy to follow app that presents both the science and the skills to heal from pain. The videos and text are clear and easy to understand. Offers a go at your own pace and online live groups with coaches to support you. This app fills a real gap for those of us living with pain.
Remedy offers a ton of new information and new skills to help heal from chronic pain in a user friendly app. Recommended.

This is a fantastic app that I have been recommending to my patients with chronic pain. It uses the most up to date science and offers easy to understand lessons and approaches. It is interactive, engaging, and self paced. As someone in the field, I can confidently say that this is the best app for pain available and I have gotten good reviews from my patients who’ve tried it. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to end the debilitating cycle of chronic pain.
