I really like this free, 30 day challenge. I’ve come back to this app for a few years now, when I’m getting back into a fitness routine. The robot voice is silly but now it feels familiar after all these years. The ads are getting worse, and at times you have to close out of the app when the ads can’t be cancelled. I really really like the pace of each individual work out as well as how I’m gradually increasing in difficulty. I look forward to this each morning - helps me start my day off on the right foot.
This app provides different plank variations to help you lose weight, gain strength and get a stronger core. The mixing of static and dynamic planks r...
