Dear Abs Workout Team... Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app! I highly recommend it because I feel my abs burning down to the ground and there is a noticeable difference in my body. But there is space for improvement. Firstly, it would be great if you would add an option where you could also have a healthy diet with it or add an option where you could insert a food (For example: Pizza) and the app tells you how much calorie is in a pizza. Secondly, it would be really helpful if you would put the diet/exercise according to age, for example, I am doing these exercises with my 10 year old sister but some of the workouts just seem a little hard on her, so it would be great if she could download it for herself and do exercises proper for her age. I have been doing the exercises although not as consistently but I am so impressed with what the app is doing to my b9dy. Just finished my day 30 training and would want something for my upper arms. Was wondering if there is an option to have such.
Once again thank you so much for the app and the intensity in the training. They are great. I would recommend the app to everyone yearning to make their body and toned up muscles.

I have no complaints at all! But I do want to know can I connect my progress on this app to the Lose it! App? This app is amazing every body! I have done all 30 days twice and for many months I have been doing the last ten days (the hardest days) I love it! I have lost 35 pounds with a combination of this and and the lose it app! I am trying to convince my family to do it! It’s so easy and it doesn’t take forever 16 mins is the longest one! Amazing app!
