I’m 10 years old, and I’m not really happy w my body. I will look in the mirror and say “Why am I so fat?” So I went looking for a workout app, bc I knew I didn’t have what it took to quit eating junk food. So I downloaded like 3 apps, and all of them cost money or were just really glitchy. I deleted them. Then, I stumbled across THIS app, which I when I saw it I thought “Oh, this isn’t gonna work, I just know it”. But I read the description and looked at the photos anyways, and then I realized how legit it looked and sounded, so I downloaded it. It downloaded, I filled out the info, blah blah blah. I chose the “Full Body” workout and started working out. Surprisingly, it was fun. I broke a light sweat, and challenged myself. I took water breaks. Once I finished, I had burned 187 calories, workout out for 8mins, and did 18 exercises. Now I have been doing it for 4 days, and have been feeling better about myself. It’s actually fun. It actually works. I can run without being so out of breath now. I can stretch without pulling a muscle now. All bc of THIS app. Download now if you want a free, fun, and fr exercise app. I’m not getting paid to make a good review. It really works.
I have only used the app for 2 days. Which in my opinion is a little early to rate it, but I’m tired of seeing ratings complaining that you have to pay for it. Almost all apps saying in app purchases is going to make you pay for a subscription. If you want free workouts search the internet. It’s cheaper than a gym membership so what are you all complaining about. From what I can tell they have put a lot of thought into premium version. I like that I just click on the day and it tells me what workouts to do. I don’t have to think about anything. I also like that after you complete a workout, you can rate if a workout was too hard, too easy, or just right. I’m hoping that means they update your personal training plan based on your rating of the workout. It’s also great that you can choose no equipment option so you don’t have buy a bunch of equipment or join a gym. Just try it, you might realize it’s worth it. Only complaint would be I can’t find away to adjust original settings of my goals.
