The new app is much better and corrects many features! SocialBee is an absolute game-changer for anyone serious about social media management. this software (desktop version) seems magically offer EVERYTHING you need to successfuly schedule posts and manage multiple channels. the UX is idiotic, file management is impossible. thumbnails are tiny, you upload 10 reels and somehow there are only 7, you have to clickthru a bunch of stuff to playback reels so you know which one you're working with at the moment. the emoji keyboard inserts emojis in random places (NOT where the cursor is), the iphone doesnt notify you when your post has posted, customer service has too long of a turnaround (i responded immediately to email support at 9:30am and they never got back to me; their hours end at 2pm PST). you can't see your grid posts. you have to select settings EVERY SINGLE POST for yt, tiktok, etc. for everything. run far far away. that's all i can say. waste of time.
