I can’t access my account and my money. Not only that I can’t make a new account because it says my phone number provided is already linked to account YET THEY CANT SEND CONFIRMATION TEXT TO THE PHONE TO ACCESS LOGIN. If I were to try to use a different phone number and push through making a new account it would then stop me with my apartment unit is already linked to an account rendering this app and my access to doing laundry useless. Please for the love of god fix this issue. This is a major problem for many people that rely on this app to do their laundry

I like the fact that my apartment complex uses Sudkick. All you have to do is register a credit/debit card and you can add money to it anytime you need to. The app is user friendly. BIG RECENT UPGRADE!!! The app now messages you when the machine cycle is done. Also, they now give you an option to add more minutes to the dryer for a small fee when you are starting it. Hopefully the message option will help all of those people in my complex who put their laundry in and forget about.

So much better than using a card for tons of small charges, and SO much easier than having to get cash and change all the time. I haven’t tried other laundry apps but this one is so easy and effective that I wouldn’t care to find out if there are any others.
