If ASAP ordering is unavailable and I enter a time today, the app should give a warning instead of silently changing the date to tomorrow. Also the date poplist should be changed to tomorrow so it doesn’t make me think that because it is accepting my time that it is accepting the incorrect today date in the poplist. This bug has twice gotten me pizzas delivered late Sunday instead of late Saturday when the pizza is palatable. You should also have a way to cancel the order online if it is a day out.
PLEASE add a place for delivery instructions!! I don't want face to face contact and prefer for my pizza to be dropped off in my driveway. It's a problem every time. I leave notes but they still ring the bell and phone me and I have to tell them to just put it down and walk away. They could have been saved walking around my house, climbing my porch steps, and then walking back again! Also, I see in your description of your last update, you say you fixed problems for people who have to constantly sign in. I don't have to sign in again every time, but I DO have to type my address in every time even though it's right there!
I’m a general manager in one of your franchises. Ever since the release of the new app, it has been a snowball effect of problems. I get that with new tech, there’s usually problems at release. It has been months though. I have customers being charged twice, to three times, and we never receive their order. I do my best to assure them their money will go back to them, give them my personal number should it not. But this is brand damaging. Our customers can not trust that their orders are going through, and that they won’t be charged multiple times when it happens. No one wants to have to place their orders multiple times and go through a 3-5 business day ordeal to get their money back just to order a pizza. It has been months. And our support system takes too long to give us half baked responses. We bust out butts to give good service and good products to build our customer relationships and trust and you are destroying that. Fix your tech. And hold your developers accountable. Thank you.
