App is extremely buggy and doesn’t calculate the steps of any days unless the app itself is opened by the end of the day (it doesn’t align itself with iPhone’s Health app which accurately calculates steps). Since the most recent update, the app freezes on the opening screen (logo) and doesn’t enter the home window even if I force stop it and re-open it. I have issued multiple complaints through the app for weeks but never got a response.

Lately it’s been so bad it doesn’t count steps and it doesn’t back up from fitness and even if it does, it doesn’t back up right, some days it doesn’t count any step at all. Bad experience it was better than that it needs a lot of fixing.

1. I opened an application Today and noticed that it did not take into account any steps data between 18 April and 24 May. 2. If you earn some points and connect your bank application after that, you won't be able to use these points as they were earned before connecting the bank app 3. I couldn't report a problem in the appstore because the app is free 4. I couldn't report a problem at their landing page because of an error related to some Admin email when you try to Submit it. 5. I tried to convert eligible points and got an error saying to try again in 10 seconds. I tried again and it worked successfully
