I work out and walk daily but it doesn’t count all my steps . I’m pretty sure they just don’t want to give us points . Every 3 months i make enough to maybe get an evoucher but that’ if i’m lucky and they count most of my steps . You have to open the app for it to kinda work

The app stopped counting steps properly and you have to open the app at the end of each day for it to even count steps. I tried converting my fitticoin to arabi points but I keep getting the message “data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to try and fix the problem and now I can’t log in and keep getting the same message when I try to put in my phone number. The app was amazing when I first downloaded it and now it’s gotten worse and worse after the recent updates. Please fix this.

The app is not working at all! I walk daily and I exceed the limit of 10,000 steps per day. When I come to see my progress, it gives me maximum 137 steps! Really? I sent many emails explaining that I have a problem in my step counting, but there was no response from the developers at all! Fix this, please!
