I’ve never seen such a bad health insurance to point where customer service support doesn’t care about calls, patients, emergency. thieves stealing your money, time. Please stay away
This one of the most frustrating applications that I ever used. For instance: after opening the application I received a message to update the application while there is no update or newer version! Another example when you visit the physician the app asks you to give a rating, once you hit the rating the app stops working and freezes and doesn’t let you do anything. I don’t know whey all apps in the middle east are trash and not user friendly.
