I signed up for Joint Academy through my Humana supplemental insurance. After 4 months, I can see a marked improvement in my left knee, which suffered torn ligaments 25 years ago. The exercises are not painful, but taxing enough that they feel worthwhile, and you can vary the quantity you do daily. I now do most of them every day (helps boost those exercise minutes for that pesky Apple Watch!).
Best of all has been the encouragement, advice and support from my personal physical therapist, Candance, who was assigned to me at the start of my membership. She helps make the program more effective, and has been a special bright spot in this process.
I hope to avoid surgery and shots for my knees, and I believe Joint Academy will help me achieve this goal!

I signed up for Joint Academy because my right knee was bothering me.I have to say that this program has exceeded my expectations. My physical therapist Marie is no joke! She really knows her stuff, stays in communication and helps me stay on track.
There’s an educational component that helps me understand why what I’m doing will help. I also like that I can see my progress with graphs. I highly recommend this program if you need physical therapy. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes a day and you can do it right from your own home. My knee pain has gone from a 7 to about 3 in just a matter of about two months.

I have been using Joint Academy for over six months. When I started my left knee hurt so bad I didn’t want to go to bed at night as I new the pain I would face trying to get up in the morning. Now, six months later thanks to Joint Academy and my Physical Therapist Lisa Peck, I only occasionally take pain meds and I’m able to again enjoy walking with my wife. I would have never believed that such SIMPLE & EASY exercises would have such extraordinary results.
