I’m very frustrated with this app. I signed up for a year membership as it said I would have a 14 day free trial before being charged. But my card was charged immediately. When I reached out to ask for a refund they took a long time to process anything, and asked me for sensitive info via email like my bank account number, and then told me they couldn’t give me a refund and offered me a gift card instead. Felt very sketchy and left me very annoyed.
I had been doing hospital recommended exercises and was making slow progress and some regression too. Discovered Injury Map and followed there exercise plan and I am almost at full recovery very quickly. It is very good.
I’m really finding this app helpful and the aesthetic perfect as I treat 3 different areas and get back to training. A few things I’d recommend so far: - The X to close out the video needs to be a color other than white as the video background is also bright which makes it a bit of hit and miss. - Video controls could be larger on the screen - An Apple health integration would be a plus; want to let the app know I’m doing exercises!
