I think the ease of uploading money electronically and using the machines via my phone is my favorite part. I no longer have to get cash and go to a machine. I did run into errors 3 times (all separate occasions) when paying money and the machine not starting. When submitting a request for refund it just stayed on my account and was never attended to. The second time I just ignored it and payed twice because you can’t have more than one refund request at a time. By the 3rd time the machine didn’t start despite paying I reached out to customer service who refunded the money of that malfunction but did not fix that I can no longer submit any inquiries because the first one was never tended to. I just have to hope I don’t loose money to the machines again or I’ll have to contact them rather then submitting via the app. Nonetheless I love the ease of the app

Ever since my condo association changed from coin op to aaxon it was been heaven!! No more quarters! The qrcodes are so easy and loading up my account works great. I even load up my card with visa gift cards I receive, a great tip for dumping that $25 from your cousin directly into something useful and having no weird balances. It might be nice to reward users or give surprise gifts away. Wink wink. But one flaw is that our dryers do not allow adding extra time but the prompt always comes up and I hear that sometimes people pay extra to get zero extra time inadvertently. I wish that little option was bypassed. I just learn to skip it but I can see on a hurry it might be a flaw. Other than that. Love love love the system!!

This makes the dreaded laundry room almost tolerable!!! Using your phone to pay is a cinch! No more digging for that last quarter! Be careful as you change some features on the machines as that can affect the amount you pay. That was a surprise to me. I wish that we had three washers and dryers instead of two of each. Otherwise I have no complaints.
