Smash Island-Golden Islander！

Our guild Dolphins need to remove our captain because she can no longer use that account. Please remove that captain so I can move her new account up to captain. She has asked for help with this but nobody answers or helps. Please remove her. You are so hard to reach. There are so many issues in this game that players are getting frustrated. They quit saying nothing is ever fixed and the game is boring. On my island you only see a bubble when building and so many others islands are the same. I ask you to please fix it for me and every other players. The side games are boring. What side game we are playing we can’t get what we need cause we aren’t given enough to even play these games. Please come in and fix all issues before we lose more players. There also should be a way to easily reach someone with our problems. It doesn’t seem like you even care about this game. Please fix the issues in this game. You can’t see mine and many others islands they are just blank I ordered got several protection and police but can’t get to them because they are not in where my blank island are. I’m not the only one frustrated with the many issues in this game and I won’t continue buying if I don’t get what I have bought.

I’m linked to my Facebook, but for some reason, I’m not able to get my reward of 20 spins whenever I complete an island, so I just quit building. I’ve gotten in contact with the “feedback department” and they asked me to send an email (bc I have screen recorded the problem several times) to share with them, that I’m not making it up, but it’s one day I get a response and it looks as if it’s going to be promising aka, “FIXED”. Then the next, I get another person and just run around in circles. Uninstalling, re-installing to no avail. Y’all lost a player, I mean come on, I’ve been playing Island King (their sister game) for over a year and I have problems all the time, but then again, the same makers, of this game whom advertise IK, do a little thing we call, “UPDATES”, to fix bugs! Y’all, haven’t updated in well over a year! ITS WAY PAST DUE!

I enjoy playing this game but it’s messed up we can’t play on iPhone but yet I can still get on iPad doesn’t make since but my iPad keeps cutting off when I play all of my games so I have to play smash island on my fire had which I hate because it has Christmas version so I had to side load google playstore to get it runs slow sometimes but it works I hope in the future we can one day play it on iPhone again
