I pay my copay every time in office the billing department continuously sends me either text in app or letters wanting payment. I don’t prepay for services prior to being rendered. I have received numerous messages stating turning over to collections for paid copays. I have constantly let Dr. Arora know about them billing and texting me. The billing department needs to stop harassing people for paid services - I told the billing department take me to court or collection for services paid. I have been a patient of Dr. Arora for over 30 years. He and his daughter are the best physicians in the state of Maryland. One of the few small practices left that are not run by corporations and provide Excellent patient care. They are spend time with their patients and care about you and not rushing you for the next patient. They are probably one of the last true physicians practices left that actually are more concerned with the patient and listen to your complaints. They are true physicians that are in practice to be physicians not pill pushers or rushing patients. They are compassionate and caring. Healthcare today is all about the mighty dollar and pushing pills not the person. I am a retired nurse,who has watched healthcare change for the worst in this country.

It’s very nicely set up and is easy to figure out what’s where. I like that I can message any of my providers and I get a prompt response. I have 3 different providers at this clinic, so it’s nice that I can reach out on the same platform. They are always very helpful and professional. They will also message you multiple times a week to remind you of any outstanding balances to be paid. I also like that I can see results of any tests or labs on the app for in depth information. There are, however, features on the app that do not work, like the “Schedule Appointment” feature. It won’t let you schedule an appointment with any of the providers listed, so I’m unclear on why is it there. You still have to call the office and speak to someone live. Also, it does not allow you to upload your insurance information manually, you must upload pictures of your physical insurance cards, even if you have the information needed. So there are pros and cons!

How awful can one app be? It keeps getting worse as I use it. Not even the clinic I visit seems to like it. I had labs done and finally found the results. (I’ve not been able to find physician notes yet.) After logging in and getting redirected to the app elsewhere! My land, the previous app we used, everything existed in my files. This is like trying to reach a 2nd floor kitchen by way of the basement bathroom. With insufficient lighting and toys in the hallways. Hence, my drop in stars from 2 to 1. You cannot delete email messages, you can only archive them. Am updating my comments again: When you get a lab report, you get a message for EVERY lab result. Not a page of results. The labs tab isn’t efficient, either. And you can’t delete a message, just archive them. Ridiculous! Then, there’s not an “eye” icon to give you the option of seeing if you have your password correct. You just get to guess you are and hope for the best. Others do this, but for a site one might use when one is sick and confused, stupid. Honestly, anytime I talk to anyone having trouble with the app or website, I remind them the website is slightly LESS problematic. I’m seriously shocked by the ongoing problems his has in a time of well me technology, perhaps it’s just cheaper for the various companies.
